Privacy Rights Request
1.What you can ask for
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct something that is wrong;
- delete your member data — which also closes any active membership;
- restrict or object to a use of your data;
- give you your data in a portable format (the journal's CSV export already does this for your trades);
- withdraw a consent you gave, such as the analytics cookie;
- not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share it for advertising, so there is nothing to switch off, but you may still record the request and we will confirm it.
The Privacy Policy says which of these the law where you live guarantees and what we do with each.
2.Make a request
Fill this in and it composes an email for you to send from the address on your Whop account. The page stores nothing and sends nothing by itself; the email is the request. You can also just write to [support@flosignals.com or flosignals@gmail.com — pick one] with the same details.
3.What happens next
We confirm receipt within 10 days. We answer within 30 days — within 45 days if you are asking under a US state privacy law — extendable where the law allows for a complex request, in which case we tell you before the first period ends. We may ask you to confirm it is you, usually by replying from the address on your Whop account. If the law prevents us from doing what you ask, we tell you why in writing.
An authorised agent may ask for you with your written permission; we may ask for proof of their authority and confirm the request with you directly. We never treat anyone differently for making a request.
4.Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics on this site: the analytics cookie is not set and the banner does not ask. You do not need to ask separately. We set no advertising or cross-site cookies, so there is nothing else for the signal to switch off.
5.If you are not satisfied
Tell us first at [support@flosignals.com or flosignals@gmail.com — pick one] and we will look again. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live; elsewhere, to the consumer-protection or privacy regulator for your country or state.
